The Construction Management Services Department at NDMCE provides support Services for other departments along with other Service related projects. The level of Construction Management Service provided is determined by the clients' particular needs as well as the size of the project. We serve our client's needs by providing design support, identifying potential difficulties, Developing solutions, resolving issues and identifying and controlling construction costs. The Construction Management Services Department is a critical element of the Quality Control program at NDMCE. Services are available for all project stages from conceptual design through final construction.
