is a 400 acre mixed use development. The project consisted of the
design of thoroughfares, single-family residential, commercial,
retail, and restaurant sites, pedestrian plazas and recreation
areas. A system of lakes and stream Waterways and walkways network
through the project. Site layout, grading, Water and wasteWater
systems, local drainage systems, paving, hydrology, hydraulics, and
the design of dams, a Water well, pumping and irrigation systems
were included as a part of the complete design. |
