The Royal Lane project included Transportation
studies, alignment study, environmental assessment, surveys,
hydrologic and hydraulic study, utility coordination and
construction plans for a PASS/ISTEA funded roadway project. This
project improved approximately 3000 linear feet of a two-lane
asphalt street to a six-lane divided thoroughfare. Services included
the design of an enclosed storm sewer system for roadway
improvements and local drainage contributions. Cost of improvements
$3,100,000.
