Country Place Addition/Golf
Course
Evaluation of drainage and erosion problems adjacent to a
private golf course for the City of Carrollton. Hydraulic
analysis and design for 3,000 feet of channelization involving
rock retaining walls, lakes, overflow weirs, drop structures,
lake embankment relocation, a pedestrian bridge, and a crown
span bridge. Project also included major sanitary sewer and
Water line relocations and design, paving design and
additional drainage improvements. A landscape plan (involving
tree survey) was developed in conjunction with the design
effort. Involved all necessary regulatory permits and
construction assistance. Permitting included 404 permit and
required mitigation. Project was divided into two phases with
an overall cost of $2,083,000. |
