Employment Opportunities Currently Available

Municipal Department Manager: NDMCE is currently seeking to hire a Department Manager for the existing Municipal Department. The successful candidate will be a registered P.E. in the State of Texas (or with the ability to become registered) and a minimum of 10-years of design experience. The position involves responsibilities including Department and Project Management, supervision of Design Engineers, and assisting in project designs. Previous design experience is required for pump stations, pipelines, and appurtenant structures. Previous experience with Dallas Water Utilities and design experience with wastewater improvements is desired.

Water Resources Engineer: The position available is as a Design Engineer or Project Manager. The position will involve hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for Flood Management Studies, Floodplain Reclamation Projects, Erosion Control Improvements, and Channel Construction Projects. The candidate must have a minimum of a B.S.C.E. with at least 3-years of experience in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling. Experience in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling must include HEC-1, HEC-2, and HEC-RAS. Experience with AutoCAD, LDD, plan preparation, and technical report preparation is an additional benefit. Experience with GIS and Microstation is a plus.
