NDM provided the design services to develop conceptual schematics and construction plans for a new location of a six-lane divided roadway to create an alternate route between US 75 and Hardin Boulevard. The construction plans included development of a portion of the original alignment but also included an alternate alignment between US 75 and FM 543. NDM was responsible for survey, roadway plan and profiles, typical sections, drainage area mapping, drainage computations, storm drain plan and profiles, culvert layout, removal plans, traffic control plans, signing and pavement marking layouts, and valley storage mitigation.
