The NDMCE
Land Development Section provides design services for both commercial
and residential developments. The department consists of a team
of professionals and technical support personnel with extensive
experience in completing projects involving: |

- Residential and Commercial Grading Plans
- Paving, Water, Sewer, and Drainage Improvements
- Erosion Control Plans and SWPPP’s
