Maier Consulting EngineersMadonna has more than 17 years of experience in civil design with a primary emphasis on infrastructure, water and wastewater pipeline, municipal paving, and drainage projects. She has designed and/or supervised the design of 90-miles of water distribution and wastewater collection system piping design from 6-inches to 96-inches in diameter; potable water pumping stations up to 85 MGD; and paving and drainage improvements for residential streets to major arterial roadways. As a Project Manager she has supervised all project phases of pipeline design and construction from alignment studies and design reports through construction. She has been responsible for establishing and maintaining design project budgets and schedules as well as determined quantities and costs for capital improvement projects with budgets in excess of $40 million.

In addition to infrastructure design, Madonna has prepared utility designs for DART projects, civil designs for private development projects within and around Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, and municipal parks projects involving pedestrian trails and erosion control measures. Also, she has experience with hydraulic modeling and GIS mapping. Madonna brings extensive experience coordinating with franchise utilities, railroad companies, and public agencies such as the TxDOT, NTTA, and the TCEQ.
