STEVE MEADE
Steve Meade is a professional construction manager with nearly 20 years of heavy highway infrastructure work spanning many roles and responsibilities.
Steve manages multiple project components concurrently including coordination between design and construction. He has a strong record of controlling budget and cost on State, Municipality, and Toll Authority projects, and is very familiar with industry and regulatory codes and standards, construction work planning and control methods, and a solid understanding of technical and cost issues related to selection of design features.
Steve is experienced in developing baseline project schedules, managing change orders, monitoring construction progress, and developing specifications and cost opinions for bidding.
