NDM provided survey for the acquisition of easements for approximately 90 feet simple properties and existing right-of-way for a pipeline project totaling 13.5 miles in two segments. NDM established horizontal control, performed deed research of existing right-of-way and adjoining parcels, reviewed and located existing easements listed and provided title commitments, coordinated site control with other firms and projects, coordinated with title companies and research firms, field located boundary corner monuments along the alignment, and prepared acquisition exhibits with metes and bounds descriptions for parcel acquisitions. NDM prepared a surveyor’s report for a portion of the right-of-way alignment to satisfy questions by the Assistant Chief City Surveyor at the City of Dallas and coordinated with the City of Dallas during the approval process.
