NDM was responsible for the design of a new four-lane urban greenway arterial and the extension/expansion of a two-lane urban minor arterial to a four-lane roadway with underground storm sewer system, hike and bike facilities, and twin 10-span bridge structures over Wilson Creek. NDM provided existing right-of-way surveys and easement research, topographic survey of the proposed alignment, alignment studies, schematics utility coordination, environmental assessment, hydrologic/hydraulic study, signalized intersections, floodplain reclamation, and jurisdictional determinations. The design and construction schedule was demanding because of the opening of a new middle school. NDM completed the plans on an accelerated schedule. Final plans were delivered to the City ahead of schedule.
