NDM offers a proactive approach to construction management (CM) and our CM staff come from a construction background that allows them to bring a variety of expertise to every project. We not only provide these services to outside clients but we also utilize this expertise on our internal projects as a part of our quality assurance and constructability review program. We offer tailored CM services to our clients from pre-design to project closeout.

NDM’s philosophy is to integrate the Construction Management Department early in the design process with our other departments to provide a contractor’s perspective which allows us to develop innovative and efficient concepts without sacrificing quality. We provide design support, identify potential difficulties, develop solutions, resolve issues, and identify and control construction costs. NDM’s CM Department provides these support services for our internal projects in all our areas of practice as well as direct services for our clients. Our experienced construction managers are active in all phases of project design, bidding, and construction. They perform quality control reviews, constructability reviews, value engineering reviews, accessibility reviews, project site reviews, and submittal reviews at all phases to ensure the quality of the engineering product as well as to determine constructability. They also help to develop alternate designs to promote construction cost savings and schedule efficiency.
