HEIDI FISCHER, P.E., CFM, ENV SP

Heidi has over 18 years of experience providing services to municipalities and public agencies. Her expertise includes hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, modeling of streams and tributaries, drainage and culvert design, design of erosion control improvements, floodplain and detention pond analysis, master drainage plans, environmental permitting preparation, plan preparation, report preparation, and client coordination. Heidi has experience with preparing submittals for the USACE, CDC, and FEMA.
Some of Heidi’s most notable projects include the Northwest 4 Segment Guideway Drainage Design for DART, the Woodall Rodgers Drainage Tunnel Feasibility Study for the City of Dallas, the Citywide Erosion Control Study for the City of Dallas Parks Department, and the Transit Oriented Development Master Drainage Plan for the City of Carrollton.
Heidi is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). In her free time Heidi trains and competes in Ironman competitions. So far she has completed six, most recently in Mt. Tremblant, Quebec, Canada.
