JENNY LAFOY, P.E., CFM, ENV SP

Jenny has 13 years of experience in environmental and water resources projects and is a Project Manager in the Water Resources Department. She has completed projects involving flood control district analyses and improvement evaluation, stream restoration, flood reduction, detention basin sizing, stream stabilization, development of storm water management programs, and drainage system design and improvements. Also, Jenny has regulation experience that includes submittals to USACE, TCEQ, and FEMA. Her responsibilities include project development, client coordination, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, stream and tributary modeling, drainage calculations, culvert design, report preparation, and permitting activities.
Some of Jenny’s most notable projects include the TRWD/DWU Integrated Pipeline Balancing Reservoirs, the City of Farmers Branch Mustang Trails Phase II Stabilization, the City of Carrollton Stormwater and Flood Protection Ordinance Revision, the NTTA Trinity Parkway Stormwater Pump Stations, the DCCD Brookhaven College Drainage Study and Detention Analysis, the Lake Ray Roberts Growth Management Plan, the DART Green Line and Orange Line Drainage Design, the Northwest Dallas County Flood Control Hydraulic Analyses, the City of Carrollton Tributaries 6D3 and 6D4 Erosion Control Improvements, the City of University Park Stormwater Management Program, and the City of Irving Delaware Creek Flood Reduction Plan.
